We are immensely proud to announce that we have taken on the responsibility of managing multiple commercial sites for our esteemed new client, AUS-BORE Contracting.

This partnership signifies a significant milestone for our company, as we align our expertise in property management with AUS-BORE's commitment to excellence in the contracting industry. Together, we aim to enhance the operational efficiency and overall value of these properties while ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and service.

Our dedicated team is eager to work closely with AUS-BORE Contracting to implement innovative strategies that will not only benefit the individual sites but also contribute to the broader vision of sustainable and responsible business practices.

We are thrilled to have acquired the management of several key sites including Manor Point Business Park, Victoria's Court, with ADHOC work taking place at St Ann's, South@ Cheadle Royal and Aus-Bore House.

Manor Point Business Park

Manor Point Business Park, situated in the centre of Holmes Chapel, famously known as the hometown of Harry Styles from One Direction, receives the same high-quality attention from Northhort Ltd as our other projects.

We take pride in adding this site to our grounds maintenance schedule, which includes lawn care, wildlife and swale management, and enhancing the landscape's appearance, such as lawns, hedges, and wildlife areas. With several well-known suppliers, gyms, and a veterinary practice, this retail park carries our stamp of approval with the Northhort touch.

The Coach House in Chelford is another premium development we maintain on behalf of Aus-Bore on a weekly basis.

A stunning historical building, the old coach house for the manor, boasts 6 acres of beautifully crafted landscapes with its own woodland walks, formal gardens, a river, a natural pond, and two man-made ponds.

Wildlife and pond management

A wide variety of wildlife nests and thrives here due to its expansive land and diverse portfolio of flora and fauna, making this truly a spectacular garden. The ponds are managed and maintained by ourselves to ensure nature and wildlife thrive. With a large bloom of damselflies laying in the ponds, we are attentive and careful about keeping plants and foliage in the ponds for laying.

Grounds Maintenance

With a team of two or three here 8 hours a week, the team is meticulous in ensuring this beautiful garden and listed site is carefully and meticulously cared for and maintained.

Planting and future projects

With a large amount of winter planting carried out in the autumn and winter, ready for spring, bulb planting and bone meal incorporated in the borders, the effects are really starting to show now that we are well into spring with a stunning display already on show. This remarkable flagship site is a place to behold and a pleasure to maintain for any keen gardener.

Victoria Court Knutsford

Victoria's Court is another stunning and historic building brought into the 21st century with incredible interior design. To enhance the exterior value of the development for the new offices, we have been tasked with the upkeep of the external grounds maintenance, including monitoring lawn and shrub health. With some stunning mature Taxus here, it's in the centre of Knutsford in prime real estate, so this requires our professional touch and attention to detail, which aligns with Aus-Bore's values. This works perfectly for us, sharing the same vision for increasing and maintaining the landscapes of any property.

St Ann's Retail Park, Wilmslow -

Iconic Beech Towers

St Ann's Retail Park, Wilmslow

St Ann's retail park is situated in the heart of Wilmslow town centre, and these stunning mature beech towers truly add an element of class to the area. We have had the pleasure of maintaining them with the annual pruning to keep them in shape outside of the bird nesting season. Located next to Piccolino's, they enhance the value of the developments outside and look stunning in full leaf. Being a deciduous species, a plant or tree that sheds its leaves every winter, an interesting fact about beech hedging (Fagus sylvatica) is that untrimmed trees will shed their leaves, while maintained hedges or columns, as seen here, hold onto their recent foliage and only shed when new buds begin to appear. Remarkable.

Another project carried out for Aus-Bore in the onsite offices in Ellesmere. Due to the location of the ivy in the site's car park, access is restricted, so it's a project we carry out on a weekend for safety reasons and accessibility. Carefully pruned by hand with the use of secateurs to create a stunning, well-structured shape and to keep the ivy (Hedera) from spreading into the gutters and fascia's. Another great habitat for birds to nest in.

South@ Cheadle Royal - Lawn Improvement and Planting Works

Lawn Improvement Programme

This year, we have initiated a long-term programme to enhance the health of the lawn at the stunning South@Cheadle Royal. Our long-term plan aims to improve soil and lawn health through scarification, aeration treatments, and timely feeding, while injecting valuable nutrients into the subsoil to boost drainage and quality. Keep an eye out for our end-of-year update to witness the enhancement of these beautiful grounds.

Planting Works

In late November 2024, we began transforming the property’s yard to include some greenery in what was predominantly a hard-standing space. Our vision is to create a more welcoming area for office staff to enjoy outdoors, featuring a nice seating area, low-maintenance artificial lawn, and evergreen hedging. We chose the hardy Prunus lusitanica, a stunning low-maintenance evergreen hedge for year-round interest. This also provides a great habitat for wildlife for the future.

Regular inspections, along with feeding, irrigation, and our own recycled compost for added valuable nutrients, are part of our routine. We always recommend that you recycle all of your valuable green waste and reuse it.

Keeping Up To Date

As we move forward, we encourage you to stay tuned for upcoming content that will showcase our work in practice. We are committed to transparency and will provide regular updates on our progress, initiatives, and the positive impact we aim to create within these commercial spaces.

Our Goal

Our goal is not just to manage properties but to transform them into vibrant environments where businesses can flourish, and communities can thrive. It's time to make a difference, and we are excited to lead the way!
